Paano Lutuin Ang Crispy Pata



Isa sa mga sikat na pagkaing Pinoy ang crispy pata lalo na sa mga special na handaan, kaya ito ang naisipan kong unang ibahagi sa inyo. Madali lang itong lutuin mga kababayan, pero ingat lang sa pagpipirito para di mapaso.

Mga sangkap:
1 pirasong pata (malinis na)
3 litrong tubig (dagdagan kung kailangan)
3 butil ng bawang (dinikdik)
1/2 kutsarita ng pamintang durog
1 kutsarang asin
2 litro mantika

Paraan ng Pagluluto:
1. Sa malaking caldero ilagay ang tubig, asin, paminta, bawang at pata, pakuluan hanggang sa lumambot. Kapag malambot na hanguin ang pata at patuluin.
2. Initin ang mantika sa kawali sa katamtamang apoy, kapag mainit na, ilagay ang pata at prituhin hanggang sa maluto ito. 
3. Hanguin at ihain kasama ng paborito mong sawsawan.

Tips: Para lalong lumutong ang balat wisikan ng tubig paminsan minsan habang pinipirito ito.

Pwede ring budburan ng pritong bawang kapag inihain para lalong sumarap.

Paano Gawing Perfect Ang Lechon sa Oven


Kitang kita sa larawang ito na kaakit akit ang balat ng baboy. Niluto ko lang ito sa oven, sa paraan na magiging malambot sya, yong sinasabi nila sa English na "it melts in your mouth" super crsipy ang balat pero super lambot ang karne, perfect!!!!

Mga sangkap:
2 kilo tiyan ng baboy
asin at paminta na panimpla


Paraan ng Pagluluto:
1. Timplahang maigi ng paminta at asin ang karne.
2. Ilagay ang temperatura ng oven sa 130༌C at ipasok ang karne na nakalagay sa baking pan at lutuin ito sa loob ng 3 horas, oo 3 horas, siguradong malambot ito, yong matutunaw sa bibig mo kapag sinubo mo.😃
3. Pagkatapos ng 3 horas ilagay ang temperatura sa 200༌C at ituloy ang pagluluto sa loob ng 8-10 minuto o hanggang sa maging malutong ang balat tulad ng nasa larawan.


Ang oras at temperatura na nilagay ko dito ay base sa oven na gamit ko. Pakicheck na lang din kapag sinubukan nyo ito, kung hindi sapat ang 3 horas pwedeng iadjust  ang oras ng pagluluto hanggang sa maging perfect  ang finish product.

Paano Magluto Ng Masarap Na Adobong Baboy




Ang adobo ay isang uri ng pagluluto na ginagamitan ng suka at toyo. Maraming iba't ibang sangkap ang pwedeng gawing adobo ( gulay, lamang dagat, mga carne).Marami ring paraan ng pagluluto nito mula sa iba't ibang panig ng Pilipinas. Kung gusto mong masarap ang adobo, gayahin mo itong ibabahagi ko.

Mga sangkap:
1 kilo baboy (hiniwa)
1/2  tasa toyo
3/4 tasa suka
4 butil ng bawang (dinikdik)
pamintang durog ( ayon sa iyong panlasa
asin ayon sa iyong panlasa
2 tasa  tubig.

Paraan ng Pagluluto:
1. Igisa ang bawang hanggang sa medyo brown na ito saka ilagay ang karne ng baboy, lagyan ng asin at paminta ayon sa iyong panlasa, sangkutsain ito ng 3 minuto.
2. Ilagay ang toyo at suka, hintaying kumulo saka haluin, dahil kung hahaluin ito na hindi pa kumukulo ang suka nakakaapekto ito sa texture ng karne.Pakuluin ng 5 minuto.
3. Ilagay ang tubig, ituloy ang pagpapakulo, hanggang sa malapit ng lumambot at haluin paminsan minsan. Kapag malambot na ay patayin ang apoy, hanguin ang carne at patitisin ang sabaw. Ilagay sa isang tabi ang kalderong may sabaw.
4. Mag-init ng mantika, prituhin ang adobo hanggang sa maging medyo brown. Kapag tapos na ang prosesong ito ay ibalik sa kaldero na pinagkuhaan nito, sa katamtamang init ng apoy ay isalang ito hanggang sa tuluyan ng lumambot ang karne at lumapot ang sabaw ng adobo.
5. Ihain kasama ng kanin, maghugas ng kamay dahil magkakamay tayo :-).
Ang sarap nito mga kabayan, subukan na.

Kung gusto nyong iimprove ang lasa sa pamamagitan ng paglagay ng mga powder na panimpla nasa sa inyo na po yon.

Paalala:
Mag ingat sa pagpipirito nito, dahil tumatalsik ang mantika, takpan ang kawali habang pinipirito para maiwasang matalsikan ang sinoman.

Paano Lutuin Ang Masarap na Inihaw na Baboy



Ang inihaw na baboy ay isa sa mga paborito kong ulam, mmmmm sarap lalo na kapag ang sawsawan mo ay nanonoot sa dila ang lasa, pagkagat mo ng inihaw mapapapikit ka sa sarap :-). Masarap na parte para sa inihaw ay ang liempo dahil ito ay kombinasyon ng laman at taba, juicy ang inihaw kapag maykasamang taba.

Mga sangkap:
1 kilo liempo ng baboy (hiniwa na pang ihaw)
1/2 tasa  katas ng calamansi
1/2 tasa  ng toyo
asin ayon sa iyong panlasa (pero kung ang toyo ay sapat sa alat di na kailangan maglagay ng asin)
pamintang durog ayon sa iyong panlasa


Paraan ng Pagluluto:
1. Pagsamasamahin ang lahat ng sangkap at ibabad ng 30 minuto bago lutuin.
2. Alisin sa pinagbabaran at huwag itapon ang katas ng pinagbabaran dahil ipapahid natin ito sa carne habang iniihaw. Kung walang katas ang pinagbabaran pwedeng gumawa ng toyo at calamansi na ipapahid sa carne habang iniihaw ito. Nakakatulong ito para lalong sumarap ang inihaw.
3. Kapag luto na ay hiwain ayon sa laki na gusto mo at ihain kasama ng kanin at paborito mong sawsawan.

Kung gusto nyong iimprove ang lasa sa pamamagitan ng paglagay ng mga powder na panimpla nasa sa inyo na po yon.

English Version
Ingredients:
  • 1 kilo pork belly ( sliced to a grilling size)
  • 1/2 cup calamansi or lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce ( if salty, no need to season the pork with salt)
  • black pepper to taste
Procedure:
  1. Combine all the ingredients and marinate it for 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the pork belly and by using the marinade, baste the pork belly, and continue cooking until done.
  3. Slice to bite size when it’s done then serve rice and your favorite dipping sauce.


If you want to improve the taste of grilled pork by putting powdered flavor enhancer, it’s up to you.

Pork Adobo (Pata Tim Style)



Sorry mga kabayan kung mataba ang karne, yan kasi gusto ng mga pamangkin ko, ayaw nila sa laman :D .
Mga Sangkap
  • 1 kilo liempo ng baboy (hiniwa)
  • 1 tasa suka
  • 1/2 tasa toyo
  • 1 tasa Coke (dagdagan kung kailangan)
  • 1/2 kutsarita pamintang buo
  • 3 butil bawang (dinikdik)
  • 3 laurel dahon
Paraan ng Pagluluto:
  1. Igisa ang bawang, ilagay ang baboy at sangkutsahing maigi.
  2. Ilagay ang toyo, suka, paminta at laurel, takpan hanggang sa kumulo saka haluing maigi, at hayaang kumulo ito ng 2 minuto saka ilagay ang Coke. Takpan at pakuluan ang karne hanggang sa lumambot at haluin paminsan-minsan.
  3. Kapag malambot na, lakasan at apoy at patuyuin ang sabaw kung marami pa para lumapot ito at lalong sumarap.
  4. Ihain kasama ng kanin.

How To Prepare Pork Mami





This is one of my specialties that my family like a lot. Every delicious bowl of mami that I served them always puts a smile on their faces :-).


Ingredients:
1 kilo fresh noodles (wash properly )
1 kilo pork ribs (cut in small sizes)
peppercorn (pamintang buo)
2 pork cubes (Knorr)
6 litres water
1 onion
salt to taste



For Garnishing:
sliced spring onion
ground pepper
toasted garlic
hard boiled eggs
caramelized onion (optional)



Procedure:
1. In a big pot, put the water, ribs, peppercorn, onion, pork cubes and salt then bring to a boil.
2. Simmer until the meat is tender then season well with salt and pepper.
3. In a serving bowl arrange the noodles and all the garnishing ingredients then pour the soup.
4. Serve it hot.

Pinakamadaling Paraan Ng Pagluto Ng Pata Tim


Siguradong masarap!

Mga sangkap:
2 pirasong paa ng baboy
1/2 tasa toyo
1.5 litro Coke
2 piraso star anis
4 butil ng bawang (dinikdik)
1/4 kutsarita paminta durog


Paraan ng Pagluto:
1. Gisahin ang bawang, saka ilagay ang paa ng baboy, lutuin ang magkabilang bahagi hanggang sa medyo brown na, ilagay ang toyo, Coke, anis at paminta, takpan at pakuluan hanggang sa lumambot.
2. Kapag malambot na, ay ireduce ang sabaw hanggang sa lumapot.
3. Timplahang maigi at ihain pagkaluto kasama ng maraming kanin.


Sana magustuhan nyo ang style kong ito ng Pata Tim.

Yong Coke pwedeng kalahati muna ang ilagay kasi depende rin gaano ka tigas ang pata na lulutuin, kung medyo natutuyo na at di pa malambot saka na lang ilagay ang kalahati.

How To Cook Pork Chop Easily



Mga sangkap:
  • 2 piraso pork chop
  • asin at paminta na panimpla
  • 1 kutsara katas ng calamansi
  • 2 kutsara butter o mantika
Paraan ng pagluluto:
  1. Timplahan ng calamansi, asin at paminta ang pork chop.
  2. Initin ang mantika o butter, kapag mainit na ay ilagay ang pork chop, lakasan ang apoy para maganda ang kulay ng pork chop kapag naluto na.
  3. Ihain kasama ng kanin o french fries.
English version
Ingredients:
  • 2 pieces pork chop
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime or calamansi juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil
Procedure:

  1. Season the pork chop with lime, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil or butter, when it’s hot put the pork chop and increase the heat to achieve a nice color when it’s cooked.
  3. Serve with rice or french fries.

Paano Gawin Ang Lumpiang Shanghai



Malutong, masarap at abot kaya. Subukan ang recipe na ito.

Mga sangkap:
1/2 kilo giniling na baboy
40 piraso pambalot ng lumpia (wrapper)
1 sibuyas (hiniwa)
4 cloves bawang (hiniwa)
2 piraso karot (hiniwa)
2 piraso patatas (hiniwa)
Asin at paminta panimpla

Paraan ng Paghahanda:
1. Paghaluin ang lahat ng sangkap maliban sa wrapper.
2. Sa isang wrapper ilagay ang pinaghalong karne at i-roll ito hanggang sa mabuo ang lumpia.
3. Sa isang kawali initin ang mantika at prituhin ang lumpiang Shanghai hanggang sa maluto.
4. Ihain ito kasama ng paborito mong sawsawan.


I do not use flour and egg for lumpiang shanghai, para hindi magdry.
ENGLISH VERSION
Crispy, delicious, and budget friendly. Try this recipe.
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo ground pork
40 pieces spring roll wrappers
1 onion ( minced)
4 cloves garlic ( minced)
2 medium size carrots ( minced)
2 medium size potatoes ( minced)
salt and pepper to taste


Procedure:
1. Mix all the ingredients except for the wrapper.
2. In a wrapper put the meat mixture and roll it to wrap.
3. In a pan heat an oil then fry the Shanghai rolls until golden brown.
4. Serve it with your favorite sauce.

Paano Magluto Ng Lechon Kawali




Ang lechon kawali ay isang putahe na maituturing kong special dahil masarap at katakamtakam. Hindi ka mapapahiya sa handaan kung ito ang ihahain mo dahil siguradong magugustuhan ito.
Mga Sangkap:
  • 1/2 kilo liempo ng baboy
  • 1 sibuyas (hiniwa)
  • 2 butil bawang (dinikdik)
  • 2 kutsara katas ng calamansi
  • asin at paminta panimpla
  • tubig (pantay sa karne)
  • mantika na pagpipirituhan
Paraan ng Pagluluto:
  1. Ilagay sa kaldero ang liempo, bawang, sibuyas, asin, paminta at tubig. Pakuluan ito hanggang sa lumambot. Timplahang maigi.
  2. Hanguin kapag malambot na at patuluin ang tubig. Kapag nakatulo na ilagay ang katas ng calamansi at lagyan ng asin at paminta kung kailangan.
  3. Prituhin ito hanggang sa maging golden brown, hiwain at ihain.
English Version
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Kilos pork belly
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons calamansi or lime juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • water ( level with the meat)
  • oil for frying
Procedure:

  1. In pot put all the ingredients except for the lemon juice. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the pork is tender. Make sure that the salt and pepper is enough to flavor the meat.
  2. Remove from the water and set aside to drain the water. Sprinkle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the oil then deep fry until golden brown, slice into bite size then serve.

Paano Lutuin Ang Pork Menudo


Ang menudo ay madali lang lutuin, nilalagyan ito ng atay at hotdog, pero komo ayaw ng asawa ko, di ko na isinama sa recipe na ito. Next po magpost ako ng menudo na special pero sa ngayon ito po  muna ang ihahain ko sa inyo :-).
Mga Sangkap:
  • 1 kilo baboy
  • 2 karot (hiniwa)
  • 3 patatas (hiniwa)
  • 2 tasa tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tasa green peas
  • 2 tasa tubig
  • 1 sibuyas (hiniwa)
  • 3 butil ng bawang (dinikdik)
  • asin at paminta na panimpla
Paraan ng Pagluluto:
  1. Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas, pagkatapos ay ilagay ang baboy at sangkutsain sa loob ng 5 minuto.
  2. Ilagay ang tomato sauce at hayaang kumulo sa loob ng 5 minuto.
  3. Ilagay ang tubig at pakuluin sa loob ng 10 minuto o hanggang sa lumambot ang karne at haluin paminsan-minsan.
  4. Ilagay ang karots at patatas, pakuluan hanggang lumambot at idagdag ang green peas, asin at paminta, timplahing maigi.
  5. Ihaing mainit at huwag kalimutang ngumiti :-).

English Version:

Ingredients:
1 kilo pork
2 carrots  (sliced)
3 potatoes (sliced)

2 cups tomato sauce
1/2 cup green peas
2 cups water
1 onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. Saute garlic and onion then add the pork and simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
2. Add the tomato sauce then simmer for another 5 minutes.
3. Add the water and simmer for 10 minutes or until the meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the carrots and potatoes then simmer until it is tender, add the green peas, salt and pepper to taste.

5. Serve it hot and do not forget to smile :-)

You can add, pork liver, hotdog and raisins for this recipe.

Baked Pork Chop

My husband suggested this recipe, because I told him if it's okay with him i will prepare fried pork chop for dinner, he said just bake it, healthier that way. So I did, and it is yummy.

Ingredients:

2 pieces pork Chops
1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

1. Season the pork chop with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2. Preheat the oven at 230C for 10 minutes.
3. Baked the pork chop for 15 minutes or until done.
4. Serve and enjoy.

Cooking time for pork chop depends upon the thickness of each piece.

Pan Fried Pork Chop With Bell Pepper and Green Peas


Ingredients for 3 servings:

3 slices pork Chop (sliced into halves)
1 red bell pepper (sliced)
1 green bell pepper (sliced)
1/4 cup green peas
1 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons butter or oil
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

1. Season the pork chop with salt and pepper, set aside.
2. Heat the pan and butter, put the sliced pork chop and pan grilled it. 
3. When the pork chops are cooked, add the bell peppers, green peas, soy sauce and lemon then mix well, season with salt and pepper if needed then mix well and turn off the heat.
4. Serve and enjoy.

Pan Seared Pork Tenderloin



Today, I prepared a seared tenderloin very simply but very yummy. My husband liked it so much.

Ingredients for 4 servings:
500 grams pork tenderloin ( slice to your desired size)
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon lemon or calamnsi juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons oil
salt and pepper to taste


Procedure:
1.In a mixing bowl put the meat slices then sprinkle it with lemon juice, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
2. Heat the oil, then put the tenderloin slices and sear it.
3. When almost done,  add the butter and continue searing until done.


4. Serve with a big smile :-).



I made a Thai red curry rice to pair with this tenderloin and sprinkle it with hot sauce, it's a perfect combination.

Classic Pork Chop



My favorite lunch box item during my grade school days :-)


Ingredients:
4 pieces pork chop
2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 lime or 4 calamansi
salt and pepper to taste




Procedure:
1. Mix all the ingredients  and marinate for 30 minutes
2. Heat the oil and deep fry it until it is done.
3. Serve it hot.

Nilagang Pata ng Baboy

Nilagang Pata


I am craving for a soup today, that's why I cooked this Filipino dish called "nilaga". Simple dish cooked in water.

Ingredients:
1 kilo pork leg (pata)
1 small onion
1/2 kilo cabbage
1 teaspoon crushed ginger
1/2 teaspoon whole black pepper
water
salt to taste

Procedure:
1. In a pot put the meat, water, black pepper, ginger and onion, bring to a boil then simmer until the meat is tender.
2. Add the cabbage and salt to taste then simmer until done.
3. Serve it hot with rice.

Spicy Pork Ribs





If you love a chili hot taste, you must try this easy pork ribs recipe. 


Ingredients:
3 kilos pork ribs ( slice to your desired size)
1/2 cup chili flakes
1 cup soy sauce
2 pieces laurel
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup tomato paste or tomato sauce
1 litre water
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. Marinate the pork with chili flakes, laurel,soy sauce, salt and pepper for at least 30 minutes to allow the meat to absorb the flavors. 
2. Saute the garlic, then add the marinated meat ( keep the marinating sauce for later use)then braise until a little brownish  then add the marinating sauce and simmer for 3 minutes.
3. Add the tomato paste, let simmer for few minutes then stir well to coat the meat with the tomato paste evenly, continue to simmer for 3 minutes.
4. Add the water and simmer for 30 minutes or until the meat is tender, 

5. Serve and enjoy. I added hard boiled eggs when I served this to my friends :-).

If you want to use fresh chili, just chop it then use the amount according to your taste.

How to Cook Pata Tim Easily

Try this recipe and you will not regret :-). Simple and easy but you can add some star aniseed and bok choy (pechay). I caramelized the sugar for its aroma and thickness of the sauce, but if you don't want to do it this way it's alright.Enjoy your cooking.

Ingredients:
1 pork leg  (pata)
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 tablespoons sugar or according to your taste
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 cups water (add if needed) 
1 tablespoon pepper corn (pamintang buo)
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. In a big pot, put the sugar over medium heat then caramelized it, after caramelizing the sugar, add the soy sauce, pineapple juice, pepper corn, garlic, water and the pork leg then cook over medium heat until tender.
2. When it's tender, add the oyster sauce and stir well, let it simmer for few minutes then add salt and pepper if needed, allow to simmer for a minute then turn off the heat.
3. Serve hot with a big smile :-).




If the pork leg takes time to cook just add water and allow to simmer until tender, then when almost done cooking increase the heat to high to evaporate it to thicken the sauce.

How To Cook Pork Steak Easily


This recipe is enough for a big family :-) like mine. If Kikkoman soy sauce is not available just replace it with the common soy sauce in the kitchen but reduce it to 50ml. Start cooking now and let me know if your loved ones gave you thumbs up.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 kilo pork ( sliced flat and thin)
1  cup soy sauce (common kitchen soy sauce)
80 ml  Kikkoman soy sauce
80 ml lime or lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
5 onion (sliced into rings)

Procedure:

1. Marinate the sliced pork with lemon juice, soy sauces and ground pepper.Let stand for 30 minutes.


2. Saute the onion and remove some for the toppings later. Remove the pork from the marinating sauce, and stir in with the onion and stir until the pinkish color is gone, then add the marinating sauce then simmer while stirring occasionally until done. Add salt if needed.


3. When done, put the sauteed onion that you reserved earlier then serve with love :-).

Pork Sinigang sa Santol


My family loves this so much when I let them taste it. 

Ingredients:
1 kilo pork
8 pieces santol ( skin or rind removed)
1 litre water plus 3 cups for boiling the santol
1 bunch swamp spinach (kangkong)
1 onion 
2 tomatoes
3 tablespoons fish sauce (patis) optional
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
1.  Slice 6 pieces santol into halves, put in the pot together with the 3 cups of water then bring to a boil, when boiling reduce the heat and just simmer until the santol flesh is tender(around 20 minutes) turn off the heat and let cool. Remove the santol seeds then put the santol flesh and the water in a blender and blend well until smooth. 
2. In a pot,  put the pork,  2 pieces santol (slice into quarter),  onion and tomatoes then allow to simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat .
3. Add the water and bring to a boil, then simmer until the meat is tender, season with fish sauce, salt and pepper.
4. Add the water spinach (kangkong) and simmer for a minute,  then add the blended santol and seeds according to your taste,  simmer until the flavor is well blended. Turn off the heat.
5.Serve and do not forget to smile :-).
