Paano Gawin Ang Ensaladang Pinya



Nakatikim ka na ba ng salad na pinya? Kung hindi pa ay subukan mo ito. Napakadaling gawin at ang sarap pa.


Mga Sangkap:

1 piraso pinya (hiniwa)
1/2 tasa mayonaise
1/2 tasa pasas
1/2 tasa hiniwang ham
2 kutsara hiniwang dahon ng sibuyas
asin ayon sa iyong panlasa


Paraan  ng Paggawa:

1. Pagsamasamahin ang lahat ng mga sangkap at haluin maigi.
2. Ilagay sa isang mangkok at ihain.
O, di ba napakadali lang kabayan? Subukan mo na para masorpresa ang iyong pamilya.

Paano Gawin ang Avocado na May Gatas



Isang classic na merienda ang avocado na may gatas, paborito ko mula noon hanggang ngayon. Palagay ko walang may ayaw nito, kung merong ayaw ito , pwede mong ibahagi dito ang iyong dahilan kabayan 😃.


Mga sangkap:

1 hinog na avocado
6 kutsara gatas na condensada
4 kutsara gatas na evaporada

Paraan ng paghahanda:

1. Hatiin ang avocado at kutsarahin ito para maalis sa balat, ilagay sa malaking bowl.
2.Ilagay ang gatas at paghuluing maigi, pwedeng kainin na agad o palamigin.

Ensaladang Camote





Mmmmmm super sarap! Yong combinasyon ng flavor ng lahat ng ingredients pagnatikman mo parang ayaw mo ng tigilan sa pagsubo 😀 ginawa ko ito para subukan lang kung masarap ba o hindi, pero nagulat ako sa resulta, masarap pala, pati mga kaibigan ko na pinatikim ko natuwa sa sarap.


Mga sangkap:
1/2 kilo camote
2 kutsara katas ng calamansi
2 kutsara olive oil or kahit ordinaryong mantika
1 buo kamatis (hiniwa)
2 kutsara hiniwa na dahon ng sibuyas
1 kutsara hiniwa na parsley o kinchay(pwede ring wala ito)
asit at paminta panimpla



Paraan ng Pagluluto:
1. Ilaga ang kamote at kapag luto na ay balatan ito at hiwaan ng pa-cubes.
2. Pagsamahin ang calamansi, oil, asin at paminta, haluing maigi at ayusin ang timpla ayon sa iyong panlasa, ilagay ang camatis, sibuyas at parsley at haluing maigi.


 3. Ibuhos sa camote ang sauce mixture at haluing maigi, at pwede ng ihain.

Paano Gawin Ang Ensaladang Dilis


Mapaparami ang kain mo sa putaheng ito, dahil siguradong gaganahan ka lalo na kapag nakakamay pa.

Mga sangkap:
  • 100G dilis
  • 2 kamatis (hiniwa)
  • 1 sibuyas (hiniwa)
  • 1/2 tasa suka
  • 1 labanos (hiniwa at piniga)
  • dahon ng sibuyas (hiniwa)
Paraan ng pagluto:

  1. Isangag ang dilis sa kaunting mantika hanggang sa maluto. Hanguin.
  2. Pagsama-samahin ang lahat ng mga sangkap at haluing maigi.
  3. Ihain ng nakangiti

How To Make Grape Seaweed Salad




Mula noong bata pa ako ay gustong gusto ko na itong grape seaweed o lato kung tawagin namin (Davao). Hinuhugasan itong maigi saka tinitimplahan kapag kakainin agad, pero kung hindi kakainin agad mas maganda kung gagawa ka lang ng sawsawan nito para manatili syang fresh, dahil pagnababad sa suka ng matagal at pumuputok sya.
Mga Sangkap:
  • 2 tasa lato (hugasang maigi)
  • 2 kamatis (hiniwa)
  • 1 sibuyas (hiniwa)
  • 1/2 tasa suka
  • asin panimpla
Paraan ng paghahanda:
  1. Pagsama-samahin ang lahat ng mga sangkap at haluing maigi.
  2. Ihain kasama ng paborito mong ulam.
English Version
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups grape seaweeds (cleaned well)
  • 2 tomato (sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • salt to taste
Procedure:

  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Serve with your favorite viand.

Paano Gawin ang Gelatin at Sago Salad


Simple at madaling gawin, siguradong panalo sa ito sa mga handaan. 

Mga Sangkap:
  • 1 envelope gelatin ( lutuin at hiwain)
  • 100 gramo sago (lutuin at hugasan)
  • 1 lata condensada (300ml)
  • 1 lata maliit na evaporada
  • 2 All purpose cream (290ml)
  • 1 maliit na garapon nata (227g)
  • 1 maliit lata fruit cocktail (432g)
Paraan ng Paggawa:
  1. Pagsama-samahin ang lahat ng mga sangkap at haluing maigi.
  2. Palamigin bago ihain.

Note: Salain ang fruit cocktail at nata bago ihalo sa mga sangkap.

Paano Gawin Ang Lumpiang Shanghai



Malutong, masarap at abot kaya. Subukan ang recipe na ito.

Mga sangkap:
1/2 kilo giniling na baboy
40 piraso pambalot ng lumpia (wrapper)
1 sibuyas (hiniwa)
4 cloves bawang (hiniwa)
2 piraso karot (hiniwa)
2 piraso patatas (hiniwa)
Asin at paminta panimpla

Paraan ng Paghahanda:
1. Paghaluin ang lahat ng sangkap maliban sa wrapper.
2. Sa isang wrapper ilagay ang pinaghalong karne at i-roll ito hanggang sa mabuo ang lumpia.
3. Sa isang kawali initin ang mantika at prituhin ang lumpiang Shanghai hanggang sa maluto.
4. Ihain ito kasama ng paborito mong sawsawan.


I do not use flour and egg for lumpiang shanghai, para hindi magdry.
ENGLISH VERSION
Crispy, delicious, and budget friendly. Try this recipe.
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo ground pork
40 pieces spring roll wrappers
1 onion ( minced)
4 cloves garlic ( minced)
2 medium size carrots ( minced)
2 medium size potatoes ( minced)
salt and pepper to taste


Procedure:
1. Mix all the ingredients except for the wrapper.
2. In a wrapper put the meat mixture and roll it to wrap.
3. In a pan heat an oil then fry the Shanghai rolls until golden brown.
4. Serve it with your favorite sauce.

How To Cook Boiled Peanut


Kapag nagkikita kita kaming mga magkakaibigan ang madalas naming kinakain habang nagkukuwentuhan ay nilagang mani. Kaya naisipan kong ipost ito ngayon.
Mga sangkap:
  • 1 kilo mani (malinis na)
  • tubig
  • asin
Paraan ng Pagluluto:
  1. Ilagay sa kaldero ang mani, lagyan ng tubig na na lagpas 1 pulgada sa mani at pakuluan ito sa loob ng 45 minutos. Pagkatapos ng 45 minutos ilagay ang asin at ituloy ang pagpapakulo dito sa loob ng 15 minutos.
  2. Kapag patay na ang apoy, huwag munang hanguin ang mani, hayaan ito sa loob ng 30 minuto para patuloy itong maluto.
  3. Ihain at umpisahan na ang masayang kwentuhan :-).
English Version
Ingredients:
  • 1 kilo shelled peanut (cleaned)
  • salt
  • water
Procedure:
  1. In  a pot put the peanut and water, make sure that the water is 1 inch higher than the peanuts, boil the penuts for 45 minutes, then put the salt after 45 minutes and continue to boil for 15 minutes then turn off the heat.
  2. Let the peanut stay in the pot for another 30 minutes before draining it so that it will continue cooking.
  3. Serve it with a good conversation :-).

Putting the salt at the begining of cooking is not good, because it can change the texture of the peanut.

Paano Gawin Ang Ensaladang Labanos


Isa sa mga gulay na nasa kantang “Bahay Kubo”  ang labanos. Ito ay masarap gawing ensalada at kaining kasabay ng anomang pinirito o inihaw na ulam. Masarap din itong panlagay sa sinigang pero mas gusto ko ito bilang ensalada, at higit sa lahat gusto ko ang radish dahil isa ito sa mga gulay na mababa ang calories pero maraming maidudulot na mabuti sa kalusugan lalo na sa ating digestive system dahil sagana ito sa fiber. Magandang pangdetox.

Mga sangkap:

  • 1/2 kilo labanos ( malinis at hiniwa na)
  • 2 piraso malaking kamatis (hiniwa)
  • 1 piraso maliit na sibuyas (hiniwa)
  • 1/2 tasa suka2 kutsara hiniwang dahon ng sibuyas
  • 1 kutsarita asucar
  • sibuyas dahon (hiniwa)
  • asin at paminta panimpla

Paraan ng paggawa:
1. Lagyan ng kaunting asin ang labanos at haluin, pigaing maigi para lumabas ang katas at mabawasan ang matapang na lasa ng labanos. Pagkatapos ng prosesong ito ay paghaluin ang lahat ng mga sangkap at timplahan ng asin at paminta ayon sa iyong panlasa.
2. Ihain kasama ng paborito mong ulam na inihaw o prito.

Ensaladang Pipino At Kamatis



Masarap at maasustansya! Madaling gawin at siguradong magugustuhan ng pamilya.

Mga Sangkap:
  • 3 piraso pipino (linising maigi at hiwain)
  • 250 gramo maliliit na kamatis ( hiniwa )
  • 2 kutsara katas ng kalamansi o lemon
  • 3 kutsara suka
  • 2 kutsara olive oil
  • 1 kutsarita asukal
  • asin at paminta panimpla
Paraan ng Paghahanda:
  1. Pagsama-samahin ang lahat ng mga sangkap at haluing maigi.
  2. Ihain kasama ng pinirito o inihaw na ulam.
English Version

Ingredients:
  • 3 pieces cucumber
  • 250 grams cherry tomato
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:


  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Serve with fried or grilled viand.

Wheat Berry and Cherry Tomato Salad



Wheat berry or wheatberry is the whole grain form of wheat, this is not yet refined, so it means this is intact with all the nutrients compared to the refined one. I like the chewy texture and the nutty  taste of wheat berry.

Ingredients:

2 cups wheat berry 
6 cups water (add if needed)
2 cups cherry tomato
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoon olive oil (extra virgin)
1/2 cup chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste


Procedure:

1. Put the water and wheat berry in a pot then boil until tender. Drain and let cool.
2. Put the cooked wheat in a mixing bowl, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
3. Serve and enjoy with your favorite fried or grilled meat.

Cabbage Salad

Easy to make salad but very nutritious.


Ingredients:

1 cup shredded purple cabbage
1 cup shredded green cabbage
2 Tomato (sliced)
1 tablespoon (chopped Parsley)
2 tablespoons olive oil 
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

1. Combine all the ingredients and season well with salt and pepper.
2. Serve and enjoy.

Braised Onion


I like braised onion a lot specially if I am eating a salad that doesn't really have a lot of taste.


Ingredients:
1 medium size onion
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil


Procedure:
1. In a pan heat the olive oil
2. Put the onion braise for few minutes then add the rest of the ingredients, mix until it's done.
3. Serve it hot as a side dish or an appetizer.

Red Leaf Lettuce Salad


Red leaf lettuce is abundant at the garden this month, I decided to make different salad everyday and here is the first one from my imagination :-). 

Ingredients:
2 heads red leaf lettuce
1 piece mango ( sliced to your desired size)
2 tomatoes ( slice into wedges)

Procedure:
1. Prepare the lettuce by washing it well and cut to your desired size. Remove excess water by using a salad dryer or just put in the colander to strain off excess water.
2. In a serving dish, arrange the lettuce, mango and tomatoes then serve with your favorite salad dressing. I served this with lime and olive oil with a little salt for dressing. Enjoy!

Quinoa Salad

Try this salad that is loaded with vitamins and minerals. Super food!

Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa
2 cups water
200 grams cubed white cheese (I used ricota cheese)
200 grams cherry tomatoes
1 cup green peas
spring onion
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. Combine the quinoa and water then cook over medium heat, once cooked set aside to cool.
2. Combine all the ingredients then serve and enjoy your healthy salad. Do not forget to smile :-)

3 in 1 Appetizer


I just want to share this easy to prepare appetizer that I always prepare twice a week :).  I do not buy the frozen pre-mix because the green peas does not look fresh, I always use the frozen peas because the color is really bright compare to the peas in cans. :-) I hope you will try this. 

Ingredients:
1 cup corn kernel
1 cup frozen green peas
1 small carrot ( small dice)

Procedure:
1. Boil the carrot until tender then drain.
2. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
3. Serve and enjoy. :-)

You can also put this in the freezer and use it anytime you want.

Green Beans Salad

Ingredients:
500 grams green beans ( cut in the middl
1 onion ( sliced thinly)
2 tablespoons lemon or calamansi juice
2 tablespoons olive oil ( extra virgin)
sliced cherry tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. Boil the green beans for 3 minutes or until done ( Drain thoroughly)
2. Combine all the ingredients then serve. :)

Cucumber Salad



Simple yet yummy and very easy to prepare.

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1/2 kilo cucumber
2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
1 onion (sliced thinly)
1 teaspoon sugar
salt and pepper to taste


Procedure:
1. Wash the cucumber well and remove some skin then slice.
2. Season with salt and pepper, add the lime and onion then mix well.



3. Serve and enjoy with your favorite meat or fish dishes.

Sliced Avocado Appetizer

The creamy taste of avocado blended with the taste of  a freshly squeezed lemon, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper will surely boost your appetite.

Ingredients:
1/2 piece avocado
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt and pepper

Procedure:
1. Slice the avocado, arrange in a serving platter and sprinkle it with salt and pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.
2. Decorate it before serving, Enjoy.

Mixed Greens with Strawberry and Radicchio


Salada muito boa :-). This is a very good and delicious salad that you can serve to the whole family with your favorite salad dressing.

Ingredients:
6 lettuce leaves (cut into serving pieces)
2 cups cleaned watercress
1 small radicchio
12 pieces strawberry


Procedure:
1. Wash all the ingredients properly then set aside to remove excess water, but if you have a salad leaves dryer you can use it.
2. In a serving dish arrange all the leaves and strawberry properly, serve with your favorite salad dressing. I drizzled this with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
