Lugaw Tokwa't Baboy

 

 Ang lugaw tokwat baboy ay isa sa mga paborito nating pagkaing Pinoy, simple, comforting, at perfect sa kahit anong oras ng araw. Pinagsasama nito ang malapot at mainit na lugaw, ang malasang soft-boiled na baboy, at ang  sarap ng tokwa’t baboy sauce. Kung naghahanap ka ng pagkaing pampainit ng sikmura o gusto mo lang ng classic na merienda, ito ang recipe na siguradong tatama sa panlasa.

Pork Inihaw ( Carenderia Style)



Pork inihaw (Grilled pork) is one of the best sellers in my sisters eatery, but to make it affordable the technique is to put a lot of cucumber and additional soy sauce and slices of calamansi are added when serve. For those who wants to start a carenderia ( eatery) I hope this post will give you an idea.

Chop Suey with Pork (Carenderia style)



Chop suey is a mixed stir fried vegetable dish. It is one of the special vegetable dishes that I can not resist :-). This is a carenderia version from my sister's eatery, they do not use cauliflower and broccoli because it's expensive. Costumers are happy with this for an affordable price of 25 pesos per serving.

Beef Giniling (Carenderia Style)




What I liked in this dish is the color and taste, at first I thought it has tomato sauce but I was wrong, it is the annatto or atsuete that made the color looked deep orange and the aroma from annatto will boost your appetite. Try this recipe.

Paklay


Gawa sa tuwalya ng baka na may halong labong, kaya masarap ito mga kabayan, uso ito sa mga carenderia sa Davao, ito po ang pinakasimple at pinakamadaling paraan ng pagluto ng paklay, sa susunod ang ibabahagi ko ay special na paklay naman, marami pang sangkap ang pwedeng ilagay dito, pero unahin muna natin itong simple lang lalo na doon sa mga nag uumpisa pa lang mag aral magluto, madali lang po itong gawin, kaya wag po kayong matakot na subukan ito.
