How To Make Clam Soup



Maliliit lang pero siksik sa sarap ang sabaw ng halaan. Higop na!
Mga Sangkap:
  • 1/2 kilo halaan
  • luya kasing laki ng hinlalaki ( hiniwa)
  • 1 sibuyas (hiniwa)
  • 1 kamatis (hiniwa)
  • 1 1/2 tasa tubig
  • sibuyas dahon
  • asin panimpla
Paraan ng Pagluluto:
  1. Igisa ang luya, sibuyas at kamatis, saka ilagay ang halaan at igisa ito hanggang sa bumuka.
  2. Ilagay ang tubig at hayaang kumulo ng 10 minuto o hanggang sa maluto. Timplahan ng asin.
  3. Ilagay ang dahon ng sibuyas at ihain. Higop na!
English Version
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kilo clams (hugasang maigi)
  • thumb size ginger (strips)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 tomato (sliced)
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • spring onion
  • salt to taste
Procedure:
  1.  Saute the ginger, onion and tomato then add the clams and saute for 2 minutes or until the shells opened.
  2. Add the water and boil for 10 minutes or until done. Do not forget to season with salt.
  3. Add the spring onion then serve in a bowl and enjoy.
