Kumon na gulay ang sitaw kaya laging nasa palengke kaya madalas kong lutuin, adobo, ginisa, ginataan o ihalo sa sinigang at iba pa, maraming pwedeng gawing luto sa sitaw, isa na sa pinakakumon ang adobong sitaw at ito ang ibabahagi ko.
Mga Sangkap:
- 3 tali sitaw (malinis at hiniwa)
- 200 gramo baboy (hiniwa)
- 3 kutsara toyo
- 2 kutsara suka
- 3 butil bawang (dinikdik)
- asin at paminta na panimpla
- Igisa ang bawang at ilagay ang baboy, haluin hanggang sa maging medyo tostado.
- Lakasan ang apoy para paglagay ng sitaw manatiling green ang kulay nito hindi parang nalamog. Ilagay ang sitaw at toyo, haluing maigi at huwag takpan, Ilagay ang suka at pakuluin ito, timplahan ng asin at paminta at haluin paminsan minsan hanggang sa maluto.
- Ihain ng mainit.
Ingredients:
- 3 bunch String Beans ( cut and cleaned)
- 200 grams pork (sliced)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- Saute the garlic then add the pork and continue to saute until brownish.
- Increase the heat to high ( to avoid discoloration of the beans) add the string beans and soy sauce then combine well and do not cover, add the vinegar and let simmer, add salt and pepper to taste, stir every now and then until cooked then turn off the heat.
- Serve it hot.
