    3. about the strawberry polvoron, I have goose bumps here, I am making now different polvoron flavor including strawberry wowwwwwwwwwww very good timing. But give me time in posting it, because i am still waiting for it to harden a little in the fridge so I am not yet finish and I am not yet sure about my formula if it is fine, so I will make sure that the ingredients are right.

  3. i have a comment a while a ago and i was then also asking if it is possible to have atsuete instead of tomato sauce. because i can go out because we are far from grocery and tomato paste is only what i have now. i supposed to cook pork mechado.

    i love all the foods that you are cooking. thank you for having this site. God bless!

  7. For lechon it's 300 celsius so in fahrenheit its over 600 ? am I right ? that's really hot.

  8. yes for lechon 300 degrees c for only 15 minutes then after that decrease the temperature, to 150 degress c it's in the instruction, it's how I did it and I liked the result.

    1. subukan mong lagyan ng shape ang mga gulay like carrots hiwain mo na parang bulaklak, or may mabibili naman na mga cutter na may shape you can try it. Obserbahan no po sila kung ano ang gusto nilan lasa, medyo manamisnamis ba? maasim gaya ng sinigang? or yong lasa kaya ng adobo? or something creamy? Then doon nyo po ibase ang lasa ng iluluto nyo po sa kanila.

  22. The flag counter on the right side of this page, is it reliable? I have seen a lot of Filipinos viewing your blogs and expressing their likeness and appreciation of the recipes you posted, but the counter beside Philippine flag shows only one viewer. I am just concerned. :-)

  54. sis mely aware ako sa mga niluluto mo may common kayo ng aking asawa sa pagluluto kapampangan sya madalas nyang sabihin sa akin na lutong kapampangan ang niluluto mo,ako bilang may asawa mahirap akong i please pagdating sa food like paksiw ang ginagawa ng asawa ko nilalagyan nya ng tangle ang paksiw ang sarap manamisnamis ang sabaw pag luto ng iba ayaw namin dahil huling huli ng asawa ko ang panlasa namin mahilig sya sa kutsa pantanggal ng lansa at sa alimango naman may mga alaga sila sa fishpond sa may masantol kaya tinuro din nya sa akin ang pagluluto ng alabos sa alimango kaya nasabi ko na lutong kapampangan ang mga luto mo panalo at masarap pareho kayo ng prinsipyo pagdating sa pagluluto.ipagpatuloy mo yan kapatid.

  63. maligayang pasko po aling mely! gusto ko pong mag request kung paano po iluto yung hamon na nabibili na nakabalot sa papel na may net tapos nakabitin sa mga palengke at grocery store....?nung bata po ako tradtional po namin yan every new year pero ng mamatay ang lola ko early 90's indi napo kami nakatikim nyan ulit sa dahilang ang lola ko lang po ang marunong at nakakaalam kung pano ito lutuin. sana po mapagbigyan nyo ako.salamat po and happy new year to u and to your family
