Beetroot and Watermelon Juice

Have a refreshing beetroot and watermelon juice for full energy in doing your daily works because watermelon and beetroot are full of vitamins and minerals that our body needs  to function well.
Watermelon is rich in beta-carotene, folic acid, vitamin C, vitamin B5 and smaller amounts of B1, B2, B3 and B6. It is also a rich source of essential minerals like calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and smaller amounts of copper, iron and zinc. Like watermelon, beetroot contains vitamins, B1, B2, B6 and C but it has vitamin A which is not present in watermelon. The minerals that we can get from beetroot are these: calcium, magnesium, copper, phosphorus, sodium and iron  that is why I combined these 2 ingredients because of their nutritional values.
Excellent taste too! Here is the recipe for this.

Ingredients:
200 grams watermelon
1 medium size beet root

Beetroot

200g watermelon

Procedure:
1. Slice the beetroot  and watermelon to fit in the juicer's rim and start juicing until done.

2. Serve it with a smile :-)

Broccoli and Carrot Juice

A strong but yummy  flavored juice that is full of vitamins and minerals. The potassium in broccoli helps in battling high blood pressure, while the calcium helps combat osteoporosis. I combined the broccoli juice with the carrot juice because both can lower the cholesterol level and the beta carotene from it helps prevent cancer. It tastes really good even if it's a bit strong but if you will know its health benefit you will love this juice. Have a glass for yourself. :-)

Ingredients:
1 head broccoli
2 large carrots

Broccoli
Procedure:
1.  Wash the ingredients properly then slice to fir the rim of the juicer.
2. Put the broccoli and the carrots in a juicer alternately to extract the juice.

3. Serve when you are done.
