Tapsilog

"Tapsilog is the term used when tapa, garlic-fried rice (sinangag), and fried egg (itlog) are combined into one meal, which is served primarily during breakfast." This is one of the silogs that I like and here is how to serve it. All we need are the tapa, fried rice and fried egg then arrange it well in a platter.
