Suco Delicia

A great tasting juice from a combination of 1 apple, 1 beetroot and 4 carrots. So refreshing! Try it.

Extract the juice and enjoy.

Lettuce Juice

Not a lot of taste in it but lettuce is a good source of iron and magnesium, iron helps in normal functioning of  bodily system while magnesium is good for muscles and nervous system.  Lettuce also has an energizing and blood rebuilding abilities from the chlorophyll that it contains. These are only few good reasons why lettuce juice is very good. So have a glass now :-).

For a glass of lettuce juice we need 2 bunches of lettuce ( the greener the better) and a juicer.

Extract the juice and enjoy drinking it.  :-)

Seafood Tinola

Seafood Tinola is one of the popular dishes in the Davao Region of Philippines, where seafood is abundant. The soup of this dish is distinctively yummy because the flavors of each ingredients are blending well, specially if there are some shells, but it is not available in my place so I prepared this simple one.

Ingredients:
250 grams fresh fish fillet ( either flounder, tuna, salmon)
200 grams crab
200 grams shrimps
2 tomatoes
5 cups water
1 onion
some chilis
spring onion
salt

Procedure:
1. Clean all the seafood then set aside.
2. In a pot put the water, onion and tomatoes, cover and let it boil.
3. When it is already boiling put all the ingredients then simmer until done.
4. Serve it hot. :-).

Celery Juice

This is the firs juice that I took today. It has a strong flavor but what encourages me to drink it are the health benefits that we can get. From what I have read about the celery juice it says that "the minerals and vitamins and nutrients are in perfect harmony with each other. Celery leaves are high in vitamin A, whilst the stems are an excellent source of vitamins B1, B2, B6 and C and dense in potassium, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, sodium and essential amino acids" Learn more info about celery juice from this link:
http://www.naturalnews.com/024596_celery_juicing.html

For celery juice we need some celery and juicer.

Wash the celery well then put in a juicer to extract the juice until you obtain  a glass of it.

Drink it :-).
