Paano Lutuin Ang Chicken Afritada





Ang afritada ay isa sa mga sikat na putahe sa Pilipinas, lalo na sa mga special na okasyon. Madaling lutuin at masarap pa.
Mga Sangkap:
  • 2 butil bawang (dinikdik)
  • 1 buo sibuyas (hiniwa)
  • 1/2 kilo manok (hiniwa)
  • 1 pakete tomato sauce (200 grams)
  • 1 tasa tubig
  • 2 piraso carrots ( hiniwa)
  • 2 piraso patatas (hiniwa)
  • 1 pulang bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • ilang butil ng pamintang buo
  • asin panimpla
Paraan ng pagluluto:
  1. Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas, ilagay ang manok at sangkutsaing maigi.
  2. Ilagay ang tomato sauce at ituloy ang pagsangkutsa sa loob ng 5 minuto.
  3. Ilagay ang tubig at pakuluin saka ilagay ang carrots, patatas, paminta at bell pepper, hayaang kumulo hanggang sa maluto at haluin paminsan minsan.
  4. Timplahang maigi bago ihain.

English Version
Ingredients:
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 onion ((minced)
  • 1/2 kilo chicken (sliced)
  • 1 pack tomato sauce (200 grams)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 carrots ( sliced)
  • 2 potato  (sliced)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • peppercorn according to your taste
  • salt according to your taste
Preparation:
  1. Saute the garlic and onion, add the chicken and continue sauteing until the pinkish color of the meat is gone.
  2. Add the tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the water and bring to a boil then add the carrots, potatoes, peppercorn and bell pepper, let simmer until it is cooked , while stirring occasionally.
  4. Season well before serving.

Paano Magluto ng Ginisang Manok


Simple lang ang recipe na ito at napakadaling lutuin pero super sarap. Paborito ko ang pakpak ng manok kaya ito ang ginamit ko, pero pwede namang gamitin ang ibang parte ng manok sa recipe na ito.
Mga Sangkap:
  • 1 kilo manok ( kung anong parte ang gusto mo)
  • 4 kutsara toyo
  • 4 butil bawang (dinikdik)
  • 3 piraso siling haba (hiniwa)
  • 1 kutsaritang hiniwa na luya
  • 1 tasa tubig
  • asin at paminta na panimpla
Paraan ng pagluluto:

1. Igisa ang, luya bawang at sili saka ilagay ang manok.
2. kapag naigisa na ang manok, ilagay ang toyo at takpan hanggang sa kumulo saka haluing maigi.
3. Ilagay ang tubig at hayaang kumulo. Hayaang kumulo hanggang sa maluto ang manok, timplahan ng paminta at asin. Kung gusto nyong iimprove ang lasa sa pamamagitan ng paglagay ng mga powder na panimpla (vetsin, chicken powder, etc) nasa sa inyo na po yon.
4. Kapag luto na ito ay ihain kasama ng kanin at malaking ngiti :).

English Version:

How to Cook Sauteed Chicken

Ingredients:

1 kilo chicken (the part that you like)
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 cloves garlic (crushed)
3 pieces lady’s finger chili (sliced)
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 cup water
salt and pepper to taste


Prosecure

1. Saute, ginger, garlic and chili then add the chicken and saute.

2. Add the soy sauce and cover it until it simmers.
3. Add the water and let it simmer. Allow to simmer until chicken is cooked, season with salt and pepper. If you want to improve the taste by adding seasoning powder (MSG, chicken powder, etc) it’s up to you.


4. When it’s cooked serve it with rice and a big smile:).

How To Cook Chicken Liver


Isa sa mga parte ng manok na paborito ko ay ang atay, Kumakain din nito si Malley (asawa ko) kapag wala ng iba ( laughing) but I always convince him to eat because it is nutritious, high in iron that can help in preventing anemia, at marami pang iba't ibang uri ng bitamina ang makukuha dito (vitamins B12, A, B6) at marami pang iba. Kaya kumain na tayo ng atay ayon sa pangangailngan ng ating kalusugan.

Mga sangkap:
  • 1 kilo atay ng manok
  • 4 kutsara toyo
  • luya kasing laki ng hinlalaki (hiniwa)
  • 1 sibuyas (hiniwa)
  • 1 pulang bell pepper (hiniwa)
  • 1 tali sibuyas dahon (hiniwa)
  • 3 butil ng bawang (dinikdik)
  • asin at paminta na panimpla
Paraan ng Pagluluto:
  1. Igisa ang luya, bawang at sibuyas, ilagay ang atay at igisa sa loob ng 5 minuto o hanggang sa lumabas ang katas ng atay.
  2. Ilagay ang toyo at bell pepper, haluing maigi at timplahan ng asin at paminta. Takpan at ituloy ang pagluluto sa mahinang apoy hanggang sa matapos saka ilagay ang dahon ng sibuyas at patayin ang apoy.
  3. Ihain kasama ng kanin.
English Version

Ingredients:
  • 4 kilos chicken liver
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • thumb size ginger ( sliced into strips)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 bunch spring onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
  1. Saute ginger, garlic and onion, add the liver then simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the soy sauce and bell pepper, mix well then season with salt and pepper. Cover and continue to cook in low heat until it is done, put the spring onion then turn off the heat.
  3. Serve with rice.

How To Cook Chicken Heart





Masarap! Dito sa Brasil ang puso ng manok ay isa sa mga kumon na pagkain, at sa mga street food nila tinutuhog ito sa barbecue stick at iniihaw o kaya ay parang sinasangag. Madali lang itong lutuin, ito ang ibabahagi ko kung paano.
Mga Sangkap:
  • 1/2 kilo puso ng manok (hugasang maigi at patuluin)
  • 2 sibuyas (hiniwa)
  • 3 kutsara mantika
  • asin at paminta panimpla
Paraan ng pagluluto:
  1. Timplahang maigi ng paminta at asin ang puso ng manok.
  2. Initin ang mantika sa kawali, kapag mainit na, ilagay ang puso ng manok at lutuin ito na parang sinasangag hanggang sa maluto.
  3. Ilagay ang sibuyas at ituloy ang paghalo hanggang sa maluto ang sibuyas.
  4. Ihain habang mainit pa.
English Version

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kilo chicken heart
  • 2 onion (sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
  1. Season well the chicken heart with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan then put the chicken heart, stir well and cook until brownish.
  3. Add the onion and continue stirring until the onion is done.
  4. Serve it hot.

Fried Wingette

Wingette is the middle section of the chicken wings and this is my favorite part!

Ingredients:
 1 kilo wingette
1/2 cup flour
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. Season the wingette with salt and pepper.
2. Roll over the flour then deep fry until done.
3.Serve and enjoy.

Japanese Chicken Curry


Today I cooked Japanese chicken curry for my husband using the ready to use Japanese curry sauce from the supermarket, the GOLDEN CURRY. It tastes good.

Ingredients:

400 grams chicken breast (cubed)
1 big potato (cubed) boiled and drained
1 big carrot (cubed) boiled and drained
1 cube Golden Curry
1 cup water
1/4 cup green peas
1 red bell pepper (diced)

3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 onion (diced)


Procedure:

1. Saute garlic and onion the add the chicken and Golden Curry cube, cover and stir every now and then until dissolved.
2. Add the water and simmer until chicken is cooked.
3. Add carrots,potato green peas and bell pepper, then simmer until done.
4. Serve with rice.

Very easy and yummy.

Rice with Wingette




I made this today for lunch, this is very easy to make and here is the recipe.

Ingredients for 5 servings:
5 cups leftover rice or steamed rice 
1/2 kilo wingette
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 cup tomato sauce
5 pieces hard bolied egg ( sliced into wedges)
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 cup raisins
salt and pepper to taste


Procedure:
1. Saute the garlic then add the wingettes, stirring until the pinkish color is gone, then add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper, simmer until the chicken is cooked.
2. Add the rice and stir until evenly mixed, stir every now and then until almost done then add the raisins and green peas, stir until done.
3. Serve by topping it with egg wedges and enjoy.


Wingette is the middle part of the chicken wings, I like this part a lot :-)
