Chocolate chips Refrigerator Cake

Simple and easy as it can be, this no bake cake will surely be  as special as baked ones when you serve this during special occasions. Very yummy yet easy to make. Try it.

Ingrdients for 6 servings:
1 pack chocolate chips cookies
2 cups whipped cream ( Click here to learn how to make whipped cream )

Ingredients
Procedure:
1. Put a whipped cream on each piece of cookies and connect together until all the cookies are consumed.  Now we have a log of cookies.

2. Cover the cookie log with  the whipped cream until smooth and nice. You can decorate it if you want.


3. Refrigerate for few hours or overnight, then slice slantly and serve with a smile :-) .

Leche Flan with Vanilla



 A delicious and aromatic leche flan that's really  smooth and delicious, the scent of the vanilla in every bite is really an appetizer, you will crave for more.

Ingredients:
 1 can  condensed milk ( big size)
 1 can  evaporated milk ( big size)
8 eggyolks
1 1/2 tablespoon vanilla syrup

For caramel:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water


Procedure:
1. Put the water and sugar in the mould then melt it over medium heat until caramelized, then let it cool.
2. Mix well  the condensed and evaporated milk and eggyolks, then pour in the mould with caramel then steam for 1 hour or until done or  to bake it, get a big baking pan then put water in it then put the mould with the leche flan mixture, cover it with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour or until done.

3.When it is cooked, refrigerate before serving.

Rocky Road No-Bake Cake


I like the rocky road flavor of the ice cream, that's why today I was busy at the kitchen formulating a unique rocky road cake that is no-bake. Simple and easy but very yummy.

Ingredients for 6-8 servings:
1 pack Chocolate chips cookies
2 cups whipped cream ( but it is better if you have more) See link on how to make whipped cream
some chocolate sprinkles
some chocolate syrup
1/4 cup chopped marsmallow


Procedure:

1. Put a whipped cream in each cookies then stack together ( make 3 batches of stacked cookies)
 2. Connect all the cookies to create 1 piece of cookie log.

 3. Add the chopped marshmallow in the remaining whipped cream then mix well and cover the cookies with it.When you are finished covering the cookies with the whipped cream refrigerate it for few hours or overnight.

4. Decorate with chocolate syrup and sprinkles then slice it slantly and serve.

No Bake Cake a la Tiramisu

Watch out for my perfect tiramisu soon, God willing, but for now try this, simple version and you will not regret, it's really delicious!.

Ingredients for 6-8 servings:
12 pieces lady finger biscuits
400 grams all purpose cream ( 2 small tetra pack 200 grams each)
1 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup unsweetened choco powder
1 cup ready to drink coffee



Procedure:
1.Combine the cream and milk and set aside, then dip the biscuits in the coffee, then line in the mold that you are going to use, then cover with the cream and milk mixture, then cover with choco powder.



2. Do the same with the second layer.



3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for few hours or until sets.
4. Serve and enjoy.

Buko Ice candy

An affordable treat for all your kids to enjoy. One of my happiest moment when I was a child, was the time when I was with my playmates eating ice candy. Let your kids be happy make some ice candy for them to enjoy :-).

Ingredients:
1 piece young coconut shredded ( buko)
1/2 cup Condensed Milk   
1 1/2 cup evaporated or fresh milk   
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup sugar or to taste

Procedure:
1. Mix all the ingredients until the sugar is fully dissolved then wrap in an ice candy wrapper.
2. Freeze until frozen then serve and enjoy :-).

Choco Munchkins


No need to go to your donut shops now to buy these munchkins because right at the comfort of your home, you can make these easily. Here is how.
 

Ingredients for 15 pieces munchkins
1 pack Oreo Chocolate cookies or any chocolate cookies
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 tablespoon  powdered or confectioners sugar

Procedure:
1.Remove the cream( we don't need it) from the biscuits then in a blender, crush cookies until it became powder.

2. Mix the cookies and milk until you form a dough-like mixture, by using your palms get a portion from the mixture and  roll into small balls until you are done with the mixture.


3. Sprinkle with powdered or confectioners sugar and serve.

Mango Ice Candy

A delicious treat for all ages specially during sunny days.

Ingredients for 12 Ice candies:
1 mango ( shredded)
1 cup evaporated milk or fresh milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
2 cups water
1/2 cup  sugar or to taste


 Procedure:
1. Mix all the ingredients until the sugar is fully dissolved then wrap in an ice candy wrapper.
2. Freeze until frozen then serve and enjoy :-).

Turon with Peanuts


Tired of the normal turon? Add a little twist by adding some peanuts on it, aromatic in every bite, yummy!.

Ingredients:
Ripe banana
Spring roll Wrappers
sugar
some peanuts
Oil

Procedure
1. Slice the banana into halves or to your desired size
2. Put it on a spring roll wrapper  then wrap it properly and deep fry  until it's cooked.
3. Melt the sugar and drop some peanuts then top it on the cooked turon.
4. Serve it hot with your favorite drinks.

Graham Peanut Ball


I never thought that what I imagined, turned into a delicious chocolatey and nutty sweet treat that is so addicting in every bite. This is very easy to prepare, I hope that you will try this recipe and let me know about it.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup graham biscuit powder
1/2 cup peanut  powder ( you can use a blender for this)
1/2 cup condensed milk (add if needed)
1 tablespoon melted butter

Procedure:
1. Combine all the ingredients until it forms a ball with a dough-like texture.

 If the mixture is too dry, add a little condensed milk.
2. Form into balls then roll over the crumbled or powdered peanuts then serve or you can wrap it with water cellophane like yema and store in an air tight jar and serve anytime you want it.


If Graham cracker is not available you can replace it with this or any biscuit the same with Graham.

Strawberry Popsicles


This is very easy to make and the kids will enjoy this treat.

Ingredients for 8 -10 popsicles:
20 grams strawberry flavored gelatine
2 cups fresh or evaporated milk
3 cups water
3/4 cup sugar
Popsicle sticks
plastic disposable cups

Procedure:
1. In a pan put the water, sugar and gelatine, mix well until dissolved then turn on the stove over medium heat and bring to a  boil, then simmer for 2 minutes and turn off the heat. Let cool.
2. Add the milk and stir well then pour into the plastic cups the amount that you want to make then put the popsicle stick and refrigerate until hardened. J


3. Remove from the plastic cups then serve and enjoy.

Simple Refrigerator Cake


If you love mango float, you will surely love this simple and easy to make refrigerator cake. This is also good for your children's party, you can make some of this in a transparent party cups.

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1 pack graham crackers or any chocolate cracker
1 1/2 cup Nestle Cream
1 1/2 cup condensed milk

Procedure:
1.Powderize the crackers then set aside
2. Mix the Nestle cream and condensed milk.
3.Layer the powderize cracker, cream and milk mixture in a serving glasses then refrigerate for few hours before serving.
4. Serve it with decoration and enjoy.

Tapioca Mango Salad

 An easy to prepare and budget friendly dessert for the whole family to enjoy. Made from tapioca pearl or sago added with some ingredients to make it more irresistible. You will not regret if you will try this :-).

Ingredients for 6 servings
3 cups cooked white sago or tapioca pearl
1 1/2 cup diced mango
3/4 cup condensed milk
1 cup Nestle cream

Cooked tapiocca
 Procedure:
1. Combine all the ingredients  then mix well.
 2. Refrigerate for few hours.
 3. Then serve it with a  smile :-).


Note: If this is too dry for you, just add fresh or evaporated milk and a little sugar.
