This is the firs juice that I took today. It has a strong flavor but what encourages me to drink it are the health benefits that we can get. From what I have read about the celery juice it says that "the minerals and vitamins and nutrients are in perfect harmony with each
other. Celery leaves are high in vitamin A, whilst the stems are an
excellent source of vitamins B1, B2, B6 and C and dense in potassium,
folic acid, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, sodium and essential

For celery juice we need some celery and juicer.
Wash the celery well then put in a juicer to extract the juice until you obtain a glass of it.

Beetroot and Watermelon Juice
Have a refreshing beetroot and watermelon juice for full energy in doing your daily works because watermelon and beetroot are full of vitamins and minerals that our body needs to function well.
Watermelon is rich in beta-carotene, folic acid, vitamin C, vitamin B5 and smaller amounts of B1, B2, B3 and B6. It is also a rich source of essential minerals like calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and smaller amounts of copper, iron and zinc. Like watermelon, beetroot contains vitamins, B1, B2, B6 and C but it has vitamin A which is not present in watermelon.The minerals that we can get from beetroot are these: calcium, magnesium,copper, phosphorus, sodium and iron that is why I combined these 2 ingredients because of their nutritional values.

How to Make a Glass of Watermelon and Lime Juice
This combination of watermelon and lime is perfect to quench your thirst. Both fruits are rich in vitamin C, the blending of the taste is also yummy. Try this!
Ingredients:
200 grams watermelon
2 limes or calamansi
Procedure:
1. Squeeze the limes into the glass then set aside at the juicer's spout.2. Remove the flesh of the watermelon and slice it to fit in the rim of the juicer.
3. After cutting the watermelon start juicing it until you obtain a glass and serve it.

Avocado Ice Cream
I am still trying to make different flavors of ice cream using natural fruits as a flavoring, and today the avocado ice cream is a big success! Here is my recipe for it.
Ingredients:
500 grams all purpose cream ( Nestle, Alaska Crema, etc)370 grams condensed milk
1 cup evaporated milk
1 small avocado ( less half a kilo)
Procedure:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender, blend well.2. Pour in a container and put in a freezer. Mixing every 3 hours for 3 times then freeze until frozen.
3. Serve it with a smile :-).

Ginger Tea with Oregano
My throat is itching today and I do not want to take medicine so I wanna go for something natural. My friend said that ginger is good for treating itchy throat or even cough. I read also in the internet about it. I like the taste and its even better with oregano. Here is how to do it.
4 cups water
1 teaspoon oregano flakes ( if fresh oregano is available much better)
2. Add the oregano flakes and turn off the heat after a minute.
3. By using a strainer, drain the tea and serve it warm. Really soothing!

I just feel like treating myself with this choco milk shake under the scorching heat of the sun. Refreshing myself while listening to my favorite love songs. Simple and easy to do.

6 ice cubes
1 tablespoon sugar
2. Put in a serving glass with a straw and serve it with a smile :-)

Watermelon and Mint Juice

Procedure:

Super Duper Choco Milk Shake
Woohooo this is really yummy, it's really hot afternoon and I am craving for a really cold drink, I looked inside the refrigerator and there are powdered chocolate, milk and whipped cream, I opened the freezer, oh yeah! ice cubes :) I made something for myself , I called it super duper choco milk shake and here it is!
Ingredients for 2 servings:
3 tablespoons sweetened chocolate powder1/2 cup fresh or evaporated milk
8 ice cubes
1 tablespoon sugar or according to your taste

Strawberry Super Shake
It is always a hot day in my place that is why I am doing refreshing drinks lately in my posts. I solicit recipes from friends and search in the net about something cold to drink and I am lucky because I have a friend that worked at a pizza parlor before and she shared this secret :-) strawberry super shake, This is really yummy and refreshing. Try this!
Ingredients:
1 scoop of strawberry ice cream
5 strawberries
8 ice cubes
1/4 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons condensed milk
Procedure:
1. In a blender, put all the ingredients, and blend well until it is pureed.

Watermelon and Tomato Juice
