Classic Pork Chop



My favorite lunch box item during my grade school days :-)
Ingredients:
4 pieces pork chop
2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 lime or 4 calamansi
salt and pepper to taste


Procedure:
1. Mix all the ingredients  and marinate for 30 minutes
2. Heat the oil and deep fry it until it is done.
3. Serve it hot.

    Ganito din luto ni mom, except she adds crushed garlic sa marinade. masarap! Can also replace pork chop with chopped pieces of chicken (fried chicken) for a nice marinade
