Homemade Fish Ball

Today I will be sharing how to make real fish ball, I am talking of using fish meat as a basic ingredient and not just flavoring, so this fish ball is really delicious compared to the  ready to cook ones that we can buy from the market. All we need are the following:

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo fish ( any kind)
1 cup all purpose flour
1 onion finely chopped
1 beaten egg
chopped spring onion
salt and pepper

Procedure:
1. Steam the fish and shred it then remove all the bones,  when this process is done add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before making it into balls( this way is easier to form into balls).
3. Preheat the oil and when you are ready, use your hand to get a portion from the mixture and form into balls. Deep fry it until golden brown. ( if the mixture is too dry you can add a little water)
4. Serve it hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
