Pancit Malasado
A simple noodle dish that's really delicious, twisted between pancit guisado and pancit sinabawan with just half cooked pancit and veggies that's why I called this malasado. Try this and let me know.
Ingredients for 4-6 servings:
1/2 kilo pancit or egg noodles ( washed and drained)
1/4 kilo pork
2 1/2 cups water
1 cup broccoli
1 small piece bell pepper
1/4 kilo cabbage
1 carrot
1/2 slices of ham ( optional)
4 tablespoons soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
1. Saute the garlic and onion then add the meat, stir well until the pinkish color is gone.
2. Add the soy sauce and simmer for 30 seconds then add the water and bring to a boil.
3. When the water is boiling increase the heat to high and put all the ingredients then simmer for 1 minute and turn off the heat. Enjoy your pancit malasado.

Bihon with Tuna Chunks
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo bihon
3 cloves garlic
1 small onion
1 can tuna (chunks)
6 cups water
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
salt to taste
1 cup cleaned cauliflower
5 pieces green beans ( sliced diagonally)
3 cabbage leaves ( sliced diagonally)
1 carrot( Sliced into strips)
Procedure:
1. Saute the garlic and onion then add the tuna and simmer for 2 minutes.
2. Add water, ground pepper and salt to taste, then simmer and add all the vegetables then simmer for 30 seconds.
3. Add the bihon and give a good stir, simmer and stir until cooked.
4. Serve it hot.

It is very simple to do it, in a lumpia wrapper put some pancit then wrapped and sealed the wrapper with a water or beaten egg.
Deep fry until golden brown and serve it hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy.
Don't waste food!! It's a part of God's blessings. Learn to recycle the leftover.

Pancit Molo Recipe – Masarap at Mainit na Filipino Dumpling Soup
Ang Pancit Molo ay isang comforting na Filipino noodle soup na kilala sa masarap na molo dumplings, noodles, gulay, at mainit na sabaw. Pinagsasama nito ang malinamnam na broth, malambot na pancit, at savory na molo na bagay na bagay lalo na kapag mainit ang ihahain.
Madali rin itong ihanda dahil kaunti lamang ang pangunahing sangkap na kailangan. Ang carrots at spring onion ay nagbibigay ng dagdag na kulay at freshness, habang ang mainit na chicken broth o tubig ay nagsisilbing base ng sabaw. Masarap itong ihain bilang merienda, almusal, o light meal kapag gusto mo ng mainit at comforting na pagkain.

Molo Soup ( Filipino Wanton Soup)
Molo soup is made of ground pork wrapped in a wanton wrapper then cooked in a broth or water. A delicious treat for the whole family specially during rainy days. Originated from Molo district of Iloilo city.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
12 pieces molo wrapper or siomai wrapper
1/4 kilo ground pork
1 carrot (minced)
1 onion (minced)
3 cloves garlic
6 cups chicken broth or water.
salt and pepper to taste
spring onion
Procedure:
1. Combine the ground pork, onion, salt and pepper then mix well ( reserve 1/4 cup of the mixture then set aside) wrap the remaining with the molo wrapper, after wrapping set aside. If there is a leftover from the meat mixture you can add it to the one that we reserved.
2. Saute the garlic then add the 1/4 cup of the meat mixture and continue to saute for a minute.
3. Add the chicken broth or water and bring to a boil, add salt and pepper to taste.
4 When it is boiling, add the molo and carrots, continue to simmer until cooked then turn off the heat.
5. Add the spring onion and serve it hot.
