Deviled Egg

Deviled means to spice heavily. An egg is just an egg, but in cooking it is a very useful ingredient, there are lots of menus that require eggs and there are some menus also that egg is the main ingredient like the Deviled Egg. What I like in making deviled egg is , you can decorate it with whatever toppings you want to put on it. This is my way of making it.

Ingredients:
4 hard boiled eggs ( remove the shell)
2 big potatoes (mashed)
bacon (fried and minced)
2 tablespoons butter
spring onion
1/4 cup carrot ( minced)

Mash potato:
Cook the potatoes and mashed it  with 2 spoons of butter. Dash it with black pepper and salt.

Procedure:
1. Cut the eggs into halves, then remove the egg yolk.
2. Mix the yolks and the mashed potato, mix it very well.
3. Put the mixture in the egg white.
4. Decorate it with bacon , spring onion and carrot. Serve it with a smile:)

Stuffed Egg Roll

This is the very first special recipe that I learned from my Dad when I was 12 years old. That was long time ago :D but as time goes by I learned to stuffed it with different stuffs, like shredded chicken, seafood, vegatables, mushrooms, etc. Today there are lots of ground beef so this is the stuff that I made, here is how to do it.

Ingredients for 6 servings:
4 eggs
1/2 cup ground beef or pork
1 small onion
1 potato ( thin strips)
1/2 of  a carrot ( thin strips)
salat and pepper to taste

Procedure:
 For the filling or stuff:
1. Saute  the onion then add the ground beef, simmer for few minutes.
2. Add the potato, carrots, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until it is cooked and set aside

3. In making the egg roll heat an oil in a pan then put the beaten eggs, and after a minute when it is starting to cook put the filling that is enough for the egg when we roll it. ( Too much filling is not good because it will make the roll puffed)

4. Flip over the other side with a frying ladle and start rolling it towards the other and until it will form into a roll.

 5. Serve it with your favorite salad.
 Enjoy it!

How To Poach an Egg

Poached egg is an egg that has been cooked in a simmering water until the egg white solidified. I preferred this than sunny side up egg because this is not oily and for me this is better. Try this.

Ingredients:
eggs
water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vinegar

Procedure:
1. In a pan put water that is enough to cover the egg when you put it.
2. Bring to boil and put the vinegar and salt ,when it's boiling stir it in a circle motion then crack the egg.

3. Wait until the egg is done, remove  and serve it hot.

3. Add the water let it boil.
4. Add the quail's eggs and tomatoes, simmer for few minutes
5. Stir in the cashew nuts and simmer for 2 minutes.
6. Turn off the heat and serve it. :)
